Can I verify a list of any size?
Yes, there's no upper limit. The smallest credit pack is 5,000, and lists of any size can be uploaded for bulk verification. For volumes above 5M, contact us for custom pricing.
How long will it take to verify my list?
On average, VerifyMaill processes 10,000 emails in 2 to 3 minutes. A list of 250,000 addresses typically completes in about 10 minutes.
How many credits do I need?
One credit verifies one email address. Duplicates and Unknown results are automatically refunded back to your balance once verification completes, so you only pay for definitive results.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. VerifyMaill is fully pay-as-you-go. There are no minimum terms, commitments, or cancellation fees. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club), plus PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Bank transfers are available on request. Contact support.
When do my credits expire?
Pay-as-you-go credits never expire. They sit in your account until you use them. On a monthly subscription, credits refresh at the start of each cycle and don't roll over.
How do monthly subscriptions work?
A subscription gives you a set pool of credits every month at roughly 20% less per credit than pay-as-you-go. Credits refresh each cycle and don't roll over, and you can change or cancel your plan any time.
